My Best Friend Got Married Today :)

Sally Workman became
Sally Powell today.
It was such a HAPPY day!
I cried a few tears of joy.
It was a little bitter sweet to think about just because
she and her cute new husband will now be residing in
Sacramento, CA, which is no where nearby.
But the sweetness definitely beats out the bitterness!!
I'm so excited for them and so proud of them for getting married in the Temple!
I hope I can follow their example one day.

Here they are coming out of the temple. I LOVE the first kiss outside pictures.

Don't you LOVE her purple bouquet? I do.

SOO beautiful and adorable. LOVE her dress.

It was such a pretty day!

LOVE this face.

LOVE this girl... woman?
CONGRATS Ryan and Sally Powell!!!
I was SO happy that I could be there.
Love you guys, and please come visit SOON!
**Or maybe we'll have to make a trip out there!

Love this one, SO good to have him back :)

Him and his fam,
Love the "Welcome to St. George" sign in the background.

Add Grandma and Grandpa Staheli,
what a cute family.

Thanks to Ally for taking video and Craig for the pictures.
And thanks to my fam for putting up for the craziness from my nervous self
And I totally got a hug :)

Why Christmas is so good:

#1 You get to hang out with your siblings WAY too early in the morning when you're WAY too tired to be awake.
#2 You get to play with the new baby nieces that come over with your older siblings
Aren't they too cute?!
#3 You get sweet presents like Dyson vacuums (Santa ha been bringing me trousseau stuff for years, see definition below)
trousseau (ˈtruːsəʊ)[troo-soh, troo-soh]
the clothes, linen, etc, collected by a bride for her marriage
I don't know why he thinks I need stuff for marriage.
#4 Watching nieces and nephew squeal with joy over their presents

SOO FUNNN!!
Dolls were my favorite when I was little.
#5 Dad making us all the BEST breakfast ever!! Yummm!
#6 Catching Tommy play with toys that aren't his.

There are lots of other reasons, these were just some I captured on camera.
I love my family. They are the best! I don't know what I'd do without them. I love hanging out with them, especially on Christmas when we focus on Christ and love and giving.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Hope it's been a warm and happy one!

Lovin' Christmas Eve!!

Yes, we Copes enjoy unwrapping matching pajamas on
Christmas Eve.
This year, they are
BYU Cougar themed.
Bobbo was in heaven.
*Also notice the BYU basketball picture, it was a gift from the Boyces. HA!
The girls picture
The boys picture. Isn't it sweet?

But really, Christmas PJ's are
a MUST!

Hope you're all having a
LOVELY
Christmas Eve!!

p.s.
Avery realized he was taller than Austin this year, but just barely :)

Longest Drive Ever

Today we drove home from California.
A six hour drive took ten.
Traffic was terrible.
SO glad to be home.

We did take some fun pictures on the beach,
the one day it didn't rain.

Enjoy:

Trying to catch up with the fam, the view from behind.

What a pretty sunset

Sade and Biz are blurry in the majority of the pictures I took,
still fun pictures though.

I love this picture of Avery, so classic,
and such a pretty background.
I think he gets the prize for coolest Cali pic.

We were chasing the waves away.

Again, Ave's the master of the sick (the good kind) shots!

I sure love these little girlies!

Doesn't this one just make your heart melt?
Good times in Cali :)

Packing

I'm so bad at it.

We're going to Cali for a few days.

I'm excited, but I hate packing.

I always stay up SOOO late the night before packing.

And I always pack WAY TOO MUCH.

Guess I'd better start.
